Post will be quick. I need to get my ass to work.
Workout:
*treadmill ran 5 miles in 46:10 minutes on 6.5 mph burned 560 calories (almost stopped. didnt think i'd make it to 5 miles. that was my goal but i almost stopped. i pushed myself and am soooo glad i did!!!!!!!!! and i ran without music!!!! it was just ME the whole time staring at a Shape magazine I bought)
*treadmill walked a bit...burned 75 calories
*3x of 12 seated row on 60 and leg curls on 40 (the only "rest" i took was walking to each machine...they were not far away :-)
*ab torso machine
*3x of 12 seated row on 60 and leg curls on 40
*bike for 15 minutes burned 80 calories
Then I came home and had 2 cups of almond milk (80 calories) and 2 scoops of my chocolate whey protein (240 calories)
Off to work!
At work I had
-water with the rest of that half lemonade half ice tea pkt (so now total of about 330 calories)
-apple and eve apple juice (140 cal...so now about 470 cal total)
-8 oz of minute maid oj (110 cal...so now about 580 cal total)
-apple and eve apple juice (140 cal...so now about 720 cal total)
Hmmm....liquids.....whatever....I'm going to loose this weight!! I'm thinking MWF in July I'll only have liquids. Sounds good to me!!!
Some of my GOALSSSSS:
(once im at this weight for 3 days...to make sure its for real and that i don't gain weight then i can reward myself!!!)
137--give myself a pedicure
135--can get a magazine
131--can get 4 new songs for ipod
128--can get french tips
123--can go to beach and can wear a bikini
119--can get a lily dress
115--can go shopping. go buy something/can go to the sales in my town with friends or whatever. can spend $200
113--can now be part of society, hopefully get a boyfriend, go off to college
If I work out really hard every day and eat 800 calories a day this is what life will look like!!!!!!!! :D I'm so happy. I NEED TO DO THIS!!!!
