4:45am

I wish I could sleep.
OMG I should have taken nyquil right after work. FUCK MY LIFE.
I have this extremely sharp pain in my throat. It occurred the other night too. I'm in soo much pain and can't sleep I'm about to cry.
I'm sucking on some ice. OMG I'm in so much pain.

I restricted big time for a year, then began the cycle of B/P for a year and a binge to me then was a low amount of calories. now a binge to me is considered a lot more than it was. for some reason i slowly stopped purging. nothing really changed. nothing at all.

Diagnosed with EDNOS by ED Specialists/Therapist and a psychologist. Also diagnosed with Bulimia.

Purging Free Since

April 27, 2010

-once on June 3rd I did try and throw up I was so mad but I was sick so my throat was killing me, my eyes hurt and I only got up water. so i don't count it. thats the only time since april 27th.
