"If I eat anything, I'll eat everything. So I won't eat anything"

How I feel.

I really need to just loose damn 10-12 lbs. It's so damn hard.

I'm going to the gym soon. I'll update you with how much workout was. Not like anyone even reads this hahaaa but I will. And then Im really only going to try and drink stuff today....so almond milk with protein powder after the gym and then diet coke and water for the rest of the night.

Then I'm going to be on a STRICT 1200 calories diet. That I have to follow. Because I want to be thin. I want to look perfect. I don't have to have thunder thighs. I want boys to stare and say "damn that girls pretty" And right now...they won't. But soon....once I loose weight. They might. And if I don't start changing anything--how do I expect to loose weight???

At work I'm just going to keep telling myself that this is not my food. I can't eat it and they will notice if I do. And then when I get home I just have to go to bed. Stay in my room and go to bed.
