I hate my family. enough said.

I can never do anything right!!!!! UGHHHHHHHH
I'm really really frustrated. Today at the gym I gave in and decided to get this "great deal" it was 8 personal training sessions for $568. I was really planning on only getting 1 for $95 but I was convinced. I have my first one tomorrow at 9am! ahhh soo early!!

Anyhow--I came home from work and told my family and they were like you are crazy!! ughh!! made me so sad because ya even though its a shit load of money its where i wanted to spend my hard earned money! and then i asked mom for my $365 from an audiologist appt and she FLIPPED OUT and was like no not right now later...and was so mad at me. ugh i can never do anything right!!!! i suck. i suck. i suck.

I'm not even hungry I'm so mad but before this kashi dinner i made i hadn't had many calories..only around 230 calories today so i made a kashi lemongrass chicken dinner (300 calories) and added a tbsp of chia seeds. I'm only eating because I have my personal training session tomorrow morning and I'm not going to wake up early enough to have breakfast and I want to push myself hard.

I'm just frustrated.

My workout today:
-elliptical for 30 mins burned 290 cal
stopped and had to go to bathroom lol :)
-elliptical for 30 mins burned 290 cal
-stairs for 25 mins burned 255 cal (climbed 2.62 miles)

My food today:
-6 slices of oscar mayer oven roasted turkey (45) & 23 string beans (about 35cal?)
-2 stalks of celery
-chobani greek yogurt (140)
-kashi coconut lemograss chicken (300) with a tbsp chia seeds (70)
Total: about 600 calories


My Waldens Farms chocolate syrup and pancake syrup came in the mail today! i hope they are good...hahaha

okay so of course i couldnt sleep and right before 1am i ate....fml fml
i had 4 strawberries, 5 mini protein pumpkin pancakes (100 cal), rice cake (35), carmel rice cakes, special k cereal with almond breeze milk, rice cake (35) with about a tbsp of peanut butter (100?) and like 10 peanuts. fml i now had like 1250-1350 calories idkkk ughhh!!!!

  1. so even though thats a hella lot of money, thats gunna be so great! I hope your workout today goes great!!! I bet you'll feel good afterwards.
