I want to go on vacation or something.
I made some protein pumpkin pancakes today! So they definitely were not turning out well....
They looked gross like this....I mean I ate them hahaaha but they didn't look like pancakes....
BUT....then.....I figured it out....somehow two of them turned out really well and then a lightbulb went on in my head and i realized that if I cooked it on really low heat they would cook better and wow did it make a difference.
:-) soooo then I decided while I had the time and am making them...why not make another batch! so i did and wrapped them up and put them in the fridge for later. hopefully I'll get some waldens farm no calorie syrup sometime soon..after i find it somewhere. ummm but those pumpkin protein pancakes were about 30 calories each i figured. very good. pretty low in carb and high in protein :)
I just put egg whites, libbys pumpkin mix, 1 scoop of whey chocolate protein, some cream of tartar, cinnamon and stirred it up
I went to work for a few hours.
Then I went to the gym....
15 minutes of "crunch class"/abs
1 hour of sport circuit class (pretty intense...i have a feeling i'll be sore tomorrow!!! with pretty minimal breaks!)
25 minutes i walked on the treadmill on a 9 incline on 2.5 mph and burned about 165 calories
Then came home....had some food
I had 1 cup of almond breeze milk with 1 scoop of my protein powder along with some chicken
I also had chobani raspberry greek yogurt.
Then I had a slice of Jillian Bakery Low Carb (1 net gram) bread with some teddies peanut butter
I ate some before taking a picture but snatched a picture shortly after ;)
