Love it. I love sweating. I love seeing the sweat on my clothes when I work out. Love love love it. (Well unless its in awkward places like my butt ummm then no. i hate it. hahaa)
So I didn't post yesterday--such a busy day. I went to the gym, then had to do some errands, went to the dentist and then went home to eat quickly before work...and then didn't get home until 11pm because after work I had to go get something from my sister.
Anyway.....yesterday I did a sport circuit training class at the gym. It's different than the class I love on friday but it's still good! The teacher caught me later in the locker room after I had gotten out of the shower and was brushing my hair and she told me that I did great and she said thank you for doing everything--she said you actually did the stuff and some people come and it's just too hard so they don't do it and it makes me feel bad. She said I'm not changing the class and making it easier. It's a hard class and its going to stay that way. If they can't keep up then they shouldn't come. Anyway that made me feel so good!!! :) It did. I found the class hard. We definitely don't break as much as we do to get water in the Friday class. They are both intense. And I definitely didn't do EVERYTHING. I did stop at times/relax. lol. I also liked that class because it was MUCH MUCH smaller than the class on Fridays.

Okay so now TODAY :D
I really really want to keep eating healthy and just feel better overall and start to actually look good. I want my thunder thighs to go away, my back and front of my thighs so be nice a smooth, the jiggle to get off of my arms and for a nice flat stomach.
I'm really convinced that a low carb/high protein diet will help me achieve that.
So I went to the gym this morning.
I did an hour of a kickboxing class with a friend that was quite fun!!!
Then I did:
*3x of 7 dip asists/pull ups on 60 (so that means I lifted 80 lbs of my body weight) and 10 on the pectoral fly/real deltoid machine on 70
*treadmill ran for 3 minutes on 8 mph burned 45 calories
*3x of 10 dip assists/pull ups on 60 and 10 pectoral fly/real deltoid machine on 70
*treadmill ran a mile in 8:14 mins on like 7-7.9 mph (avg speed = 7.31 mph) burned 110 calories
*treadmill walked for 7 minutes burned 30 calories
*elliptical for 15 minutes burned 120 calories
Then I had almost a cup of almond milk (35 ish) with 1 scoop of my protein powder (117)
I didn't take a picture but it looked like this
Then 40 minutes later I whipped together 2 jumbo eggs (180 cal) and 5 tsp of egg whites (10ish calories?) NEED TO BUY MORE :D and 1 tbsp flax (30) and 1 tsp psyllium husks (15) and some cooked broccoli (30) and some butter on the pan and salt on top and a slice of kraft white american cheese (60)

Gonna get going but I'm going to try and keep today wonderful! Take it one day at a time!
I had 9.5 g net carbs and 50 g of protein so far! WOOHOOO!
