Arms

Why do I hate my arms.

Like I don't understand. I feel like my arms don't look toned at all but then they do when I flex them. But I hate photos because usually I feel like you can't tell I have any muscle in the photos and it just looks like a huge piece of fat.

Ugh.

I restricted big time for a year, then began the cycle of B/P for a year and a binge to me then was a low amount of calories. now a binge to me is considered a lot more than it was. for some reason i slowly stopped purging. nothing really changed. nothing at all.

Diagnosed with EDNOS by ED Specialists/Therapist and a psychologist. Also diagnosed with Bulimia.

-once on June 3rd I did try and throw up I was so mad but I was sick so my throat was killing me, my eyes hurt and I only got up water. so i don't count it. thats the only time since april 27th.
