Fathers Day!

So I made my daddy a wheat crepe with bananas and strawberries!!!

I found this awesome recipe on someones blog here:

I did change it to almond milk and almond extract. We didn't have any regular milk in the house or vanilla extract so thats really why. lol. but they still turned out well!! I added a little more almond milk and a splash of some egg whites or so because it was too thick and it should have been for crepes.

It was delicious. Time consuming. But delicious. And I think my dad, mom and sister enjoyed it.

Ok now to my dayy!!!!!!!!
I am a little sad/depressed right now. Who knows why. Maybe it's because I'm bored, lonely or just sad about my weight. Who knows. Anyway.....here's how my day went.

I made this:


It is one egg (90) with 1/4 cup of egg whites (30) and 6 pieces of broccoli (30ish) and 1 tsp of psyllium husks (15) and 2 tbsp wheat germ (50) and cooked it for about 15 minutes on 350-400ish and sprinkled salt on top.
It was good. Different...but it was good. Definitely will have to eat it more often.

Oh and did I mention I did eat that in the process of making the crepes :D lol bad bad chef.

So then I did snack on 1 strawberry. And then I ate this "bad crepe" it was before I added the extra milk and stuff.....I'm glad they turned out okay. Heres a picture of the crepe I ate. I ate it just plain. There were like 3 bites or so I took before I took this picture....so....it actually was a little bigger :0



I also snacked on 8 blueberries. And then gave myself another treat and ate a crepe with some of the strawberry stopping i made (it was just cut up strawberries in a sauce pan with some butter, sugar, and a spoonful of chobani greek yogurt)



I finished cooking the batter. Put the rest in the fridge. Then went to the gym shortly after.

This is what my workout consisted of: (and boy was i sweaty!!!)
-treadmill for 24 minutes:
5 minutes on 6 mph
1 minute on 6 mph incline 1
1 minute on 6 mph incline 3
1 minute on 6 mph incline 5
1 minute on 6 mph incline 7
1 minute on 6 mph incline 1
1 minute on 6.5 mph incline 1
1 minute on 7 mph incline 1
1 minute on 7.5 mph incline 1
1 minute on 4.3 mph incline 3
1 minute on 4.3 mph incline 6
1 minute on 4.3 mph incline 9
1 minute on 4.3 mph incline 11.5
1 minute on 6.5 mph incline 1
1 minute on 7 mph incline 1
1 minute on 7.5 mph incline 1
1 minute on 8 mph incline 1
1 minute on 6 mph incline 1
1 minute on 6.5 mph incline 3
1 minute on 7 mph incline 6

(The last thing I was supposed to do was 1 minute on 7.5 mph incline 6....so i stopped a minute early. Oh well....I was pushing myself and it was a hard run!) so I went 2.44 miles, climbed 308 feet, had an average heart rate of 164 and burned 295 calories (i will admit i did hold on to the side of the treadmill at times).

Then I walked on the treadmill and burned 30 calories.
Weights:
3 sets of 20 walking lunges with 20 lb dumbbells & sumo squats with 30 lbs
3 sets of 20 glute kickbacks on each side & 1 minute of leg pulse on each side (not sure what its called. leg was straight behind me and pulsed it up and down. you feel it in your butt :)
15 dumbbell presses using 17.5 weights

Finished up on the elliptical for 15 minutes and only burned 115 calories.

(I still can't believe yesterday I ran 8.1 miles!!! I am so proud of myself!!!!)

Came home and had a protein drink :) yuummmm.
A scoop of chocolate protein powder and 1 cup of almond breeze milk



Then about a half hour later I had dinner...
drank lots of water, had some broccoli (90) with a little bit of salt, some shaved cauliflower with salt and seasoned salt, 1 veggie patch chicken cutlet (140) with a little bit of bruchetta (15-20ish cal?) and chobani yougurt (110) with 10 of these flaxseed balls (and i weighed them and they were .3 oz) its probably around (30-40 calories)

But I did have a little dessert too:



I took a crepe out of the fridge....put some almond butter on it...popped it in the microwave...rolled it up and there ya go.

Hmmm....no idea how many calories I consumed today.

I'm thinking possibly around 1300-1400 calories...thoughts????

But I definitely worked on resisting mindless eating, and resisting eating more. I actually sort of got into an argument with my mom and my mom was complaining to me about how all my dishes she has to scrub so much and I never scrub them and all and how food sticks to all my dishes and its always so hard to get off...blah blahh blahh so I decided I didn't need any more crepes or almond butter or whatever else I might of stuffed my face with.


Ok so I ended my post here.
But I'm back and continuing because I was just relaxing in my room but then came down and ended up eating more food later on this day....its just annoying....i wasn't even hungry and i ate...

I had some oatmeal, with pecans (i nibbled on some more that aren't pictured) and some blueberries:

I ate them all. I was only planning on eating one...and then two...and then went back and ate them all....I felt out of control :( It was good.....




Then I had a wheat crepe from the fridge and put some PB & Co. Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter on it with some strawberry toppings. Yumm!!!!! (STILL MINDLESS EATING/NOT HUNGRY EATING THO!!!!!! UGH!!!)



Too much food today. I was satisfied and fine at 1300 calories. IDK WHY I ATE MORE. Well ya i do...it's because I'm a binge eater.
