I want to blog more. I think it will help me keep on track with myself and hopefully avoid to many binge episodes if I take pictures of everything I eat. Even though knowing me thats going to be hard/my family is going to be like wtf why are you taking photos of your food.
I got this adorable coach bag yesterday!!!!!
I LOVE it!!! I told myself I was going to treat myself to a bag when I was 115 lbs. umm....i got it EARLY. poop. :( and i got it for an amaazing price at an outlet :)
Anyway......
I didn't have work today.
I went to the gym and had a nice workout which consisted of the following:
-treadmill for 20 minutes on 7 mph went 2.39 miles and burned 260 calories (when i was running a little before i hit 2 miles I increased my speed and put it up to 7.5 mph but then brought it back down and for the last minute I did boost my speed up to 9 mph)
-stairs for 35 minutes burned 310 calories
-a few chin assists/pull ups on 60 and some dip assists on 60
-3 sets of 25 leg presses on 90
-3 sets of 20 leg presses on 110
-3 sets of 15 sumo squats using 30 lbs and 10 arm curls and press ups using 17.5 lbs dumbbells
-elliptical for 30 minutes burned 280 calories
-10 chin assists on 60 and like 40 leg presses on 110
After my workout I came home and ate :D
I had 1 egg (90 calories) with 1/2 cup of egg whites (60 calories) & 1 tsp of psyllium husks (15 calories) with 2 tsp of flaxseeds (20 calories) and some spinach and salt sprinkled on top. And then to drink I had 1 cup of almond breeze milk (40 calories) with a scoop of chocolate protein powder (117 calories)
About: 355 calories, 47 g of protein and 6.6 net g carbs
I'm not sure what else holds in store for tonight for me to eat. I am going into NYC with a bunch of friends. I probably will consume a little bit of alcohol. Whatever. I haven't drank since college ended a while ago.
I am packing a bag because I am spending the night in the city and put this in my bag. I also am going to add like an ounce of almonds/28 almonds or so. I'd rather snack on stuff I bring then buy greasy/unhealthy food in the city.
I hope to get to the gym tomorrow after I come home from the city and before I have to go to work. I'm glad I'm working tomorrow. I could use the money and I love the family. :D
I'm really hoping to try and stick to a low carb food plan. I'm going to need all the luck I can get though. I'm also hoping to weight train more and get leaner and get a nice stomach!

ReplyDeleteBlogging is great but it's also rather time consuming too... I realize that every so often with mine but I try to update as much as I can, but my life just got a little more hectic, BLAH!
