Sick and EXHAUSTED

Making this post quick.

I'm sick and tired and just want SLEEEPPPPPP.

I hardly ate anything today but I really did not have much of an appetite. Probably will catch up to me within the next few days if I'm not careful :(

I ate this quickly before the doctors office....it was pretty plain but whatever...idc! they are healthy! So there's only 3 pictured here. I actually ate 4 but they were about the same size. You get the point. I couldn't wait for the camera and had to pop one in my mouth :)



Then despite being sick I just love working out and love my 5:30pm gym class on Fridays....so what did i do!?!?!!? I went to the gym!!! I love the teacher too. He's awesome :)
So I did 15 minutes of the "crunch" class (basically all ab's)
An hour of the sport circuit training class (VERY INTENSE! maybe it's because I'm sick but I found it really intense and harder than usual)
Then I walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes on 9-11 incline on 3.3 mph and burned 180 calories (once 10 minutes was past I decided I wanted to check my heart rate and my heart rate was around 130 and I tried to keep it around there for the remainder of the walk)

Once I got home from the gym I had the rest of the protein pumkin pancakes from what I made earlier.
There were 6 and I measured out teddies peanut butter and had 2 tbsp of that with my regular chocolate protein drink (1 cup of almond breeze milk and 1 scoop of protein powder) and lots of water



Now I need to get to BEDDDDD. The pillow is calling my name!!!

(So I was exhausted...I'm adding this part in now a day after I posted this lol...so I ended up not crashing asleep right when I hit the pillow like I should have!!!! anyway I did have a little snack...then I went back up to bed and feel asleep...here was my snack...strawberries and kettlecorn)




But I figured I need to post a little more.

Look at this!! This came in the mail today HAHAAHAA I ordered it like in January of this year and it didn't come until now! It's now June! I actually complained to the company and was like psshhh I don't want this anymore and they gave me a refund but I still received it. I'll send it back though but I did open it and took a picture just for giggles. hahaa



Ok now my pancakes.......
Protein Pumpkin Pancakes

Heres what the batter looked like:



For some reason I did have trouble flipping them and making them. Hence why they look like they do. You probably think they look gross....whatever..it was appetizing!!!

So in these Pancakes I put:

1 scoop of Elite Whey Chocolate Protein (117 cal)
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
2 tbsp Libbys Pumkin (about 36 calories)
3 tbsp egg whites (about 23 calories)
Cinnamon (I sprinkled some in)
3 packets of splenda (since I don't have stevia)
Put a tiny bit of almond extract
Put butter on the pan (30 cal??)

So I'm thinking the whole thing was about 220 calories (max it was like 240 calories? thoughts?) and it made about 10 small pancakes for me. So about 22-25 calories a pancake!! Woohooo!!!!!
