Here are some photos from Saturday and Sunday of stuff I've eaten.
Hasn't been the greatest weekend. I've eaten a lot both days. And eaten like when I'm not even hungry just stuffing my face till it hurts. No good and no fun :(
VERY BIG BREAKFAST!! VERY FILLING!!! LOTS OF CALORIES TOOOOO!
1/2 cup of oats, 1 cup water, 1/4 cup trader joes dried cranberries, 2 tbsp flax seeds, 2 tbsp teddies peanut butter, 1 small banana, and a sprinkle of cinnamon
I went out to eat to a restuarant called My Favorite Place with some friends. I had a salad with shredded chicken, carrots, cucumbers, egg whites, cheddar cheese and a tiny bit of low fat italian dressing....she put like 3 squirts in it...it wasn't much...so i was so glad!!!
Some Strawberries :) I also had 3 handfuls of blueberries with this meal after I woke (Sunday afternnon...I slept REALLY late! haa)
Some Pumpkin Protein Pancakes with 2 tbsp of teddies. (These pancakes turned out much better)
Some broccoli and teddies peanut butter :)
