I love eating healthy.
I'm a health nut.
I love exercising.
I love being healthy.
I also am VERY VERY scared of food. Food scared me.
I love it. But am very very scared of it at the same time.
My roommates are all going away this weekend. Which means I have the room to myself.
Yay relaxation but scared shit I will go crazy and binge.
I need to remind myself to BREATE, RELAX, GO DO SOMETHING AKA GET MY MIND OFF FOOD!!!!!!!!!!! AND JUST BE MINDFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sort of feeling homesick.
Sort of just want a friend here besides my roommates...if I even call them friends...they are very sweet...but I feel like I sort of have jumped into their lives by transferring and getting placed into their room. I miss my therapist. I am exercising a lot...I think?? I am trying to lift heavy and lift more weights! I think its working/will work....we'll seee...I'll try to read some blogs this weekend!

It's normal to feel home sick every so often, I mean that's where we all feel the most comfortable! Don't worry about the food thing: go with the notion you originally started out with: that you love eating healthy, being a health nut and being healthy! Hopefully this will keep you focused enough to make the right decisions! And DON'T be scared of food, be the BOSS of food - YOU SHOULD SCARE IT!! ha ha ha! Oh and buy that spaghetti squash, cooked it in your microwave... I hope you LOVE IT as much as me! I love to eat it with tomato paste (or sauce)... or with salmon! But I realize you have limited cooking devices in your dorm room... so perhaps some tinned fish or chicken mixed with olive tapenade (so delicious) and spaghetti squash?
